| Mike vom Ruederthal
was whelped on April 13, 2002 in Schlossrued, Switzerland. Marianne
Graber bred the litter. We first met him at the age of eleven weeks.
He has grown into a handsome, gentle giant. With very tight markings,
Mike's chest displays a perfect inverted cross. He weighs approximately
110 pounds. Evaluated at the age of 12 months, Mike's PennHIP evaluation
report concluded that his passive hip laxity profile was greater then
90%. This means that Mike's hips are tighter than at least 90% of
the dogs in the Bernese Mountain Dog breed database at PennHIP. His
OFA hip joint conformation was evaluated as Excellent and his OFA
elbow evaluation was normal at the age of 24 months. Extremely kind,
he has been known to lie relaxed with his front paws crossed! |
